A Whole-Systems Training Approach: Four Stages of Transition from Crisis to Resilience for crisis management.
In the midst of this global transformation, we need to replace the old mechanistic systems that promised stability, productivity and steady growth, that are breaking down. Their strategies no longer apply.

“A Crisis Is Terrible Thing To Waste”

- Dr. Kevin Danaher

We need a whole-systems approach. In crisis, everyone and anyone becomes a leader. This webinar provides tools, strategies  and understanding  for navigating out of crisis through four stages that ultimately lead to self-reliance and resilience. You will gain an in-depth understanding of crisis management and keys to implementing and sustaining the transitions. The wisdom in the Four faces of Leadership through Four Stages applies to any crisis in any industry, any community any individual. Prevent a crisis from becoming a disaster.

What you will have at your fingertips, you will:

Know where you are: What are the distinct characteristics and objectives of the four stages of recovery?
Know who you’re dealing with: What are psychological, social and behavior profiles of people in each stage?
Know what to do: As a leader, what interventions and strategies are most effective for logistical needs now?
Know what NOT to do: How can you prevent unintended consequences and shift ineffective strategies?
Know when to move on: How will you recognize when it’s optimal time to transition with an individual or a group?
